These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ultra3DSpace website and any purchase or custom project request you make with us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Our Products & Services
Ultra3DSpace offers two types of products:
- Ready-made products, available to purchase directly through our online shop.
- Custom 3D-printed projects, based on a photo, an existing 3D model, an idea, a replacement-part need, or another custom request submitted through our Request a Quote form.
We aim to describe our products accurately, but colors, textures, and finished dimensions of 3D-printed items may vary slightly from photos due to the nature of the 3D printing process.
Custom 3D Printing Orders
Custom orders follow this process: you submit your project details and files through our quote request form, we review your request and send you a quote, you approve the quote and make payment, and we begin production.
- Custom 3D-printed projects may require additional production time beyond our standard order processing time, depending on the item and complexity of the design.
- You are responsible for providing accurate project information and usable files (photos, ideas, or 3D model files) for your custom order. Delays or issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may affect your project’s timeline or outcome.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any photo, design, image, or file you provide to us for a custom project, and for the accuracy of that content.
- Custom 3D-printed products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, because they are made specifically for you. If a custom item arrives damaged or defective, or was produced incorrectly on our end, you may request a replacement — see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Pricing & Payment
Prices for ready-made products are shown on our website. Custom project pricing is provided in the quote we send you after reviewing your request, and is not final until you approve it. Payment is collected using the payment method(s) available at checkout, or as arranged with you directly for custom orders.
Shipping
Shipping timelines, coverage area, and costs are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Order cancellations are handled according to our Cancellation Policy. Both policies form part of these Terms.
Your Account
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for the activity that happens under your account. Please provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order.
Website Content
The text, images, branding, and other content on this website (excluding customer-submitted files and photos for custom projects) belong to Ultra3DSpace or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our website content for commercial purposes without our permission.
Order Acceptance & Errors
We make reasonable efforts to keep product information, availability, and pricing accurate. If we discover an error in a price, description, or availability after you have placed an order, we will contact you before proceeding, and you may choose to continue with the corrected details or cancel your order for a full refund.
Limitation of Liability
We provide our website and products as described in these Terms and our other policies. To the extent permitted by law, Ultra3DSpace is not responsible for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of our website or products, beyond the remedies described in our Returns & Refunds and Cancellation Policies.

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example as our products, services, or policies change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
