Before Production Begins
You may cancel your order at any time before production begins. To request a cancellation, contact us at ultra3dspace@gmail.com or via WhatsApp with your order details.
If your cancellation request is accepted before production begins, we will refund the amount you paid according to our Returns & Refunds Policy and the payment method used.
After Production Has Begun
Once production on your order has started, cancellation may no longer be possible. This applies especially to custom 3D-printed orders, which are produced specifically for you. If you are unsure whether your order can still be cancelled, contact us and we will let you know its status.
Ready-Made Orders
For ready-made products, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you wish to cancel. We will do our best to stop the order before it ships. Once an order has shipped, our Returns & Refunds Policy applies instead.
How to Request a Cancellation
