Where We Ship
Ultra3DSpace currently ships to all 48 contiguous United States. We are not yet able to ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
Shipping Costs
Orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping rate of $8.95. Orders totaling $50 or more qualify for free shipping.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available as an option for customers who prefer to collect their order directly. If you choose local pickup, we will confirm the details with you by email or WhatsApp after your order is placed.
Order Processing Time
Standard order processing takes 3–5 business days before an order ships.
Custom 3D-printed orders require additional production time. Once a custom order is approved and paid, production typically takes an additional 3–5 business days — depending on the item and the complexity of the design — before it ships.
Delivery Time
Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier used.
Carriers & Tracking
We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your order and location. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Order Hours
Our online store is open to place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Order processing and production take place on business days.
